really enjoyed a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave, though our beds were not so comfortable. staff were amiable and really friendly when they greeted us.

Rooms were a little uncomfortable.

The Waldhaus Igls provided great facilities, with a quick kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and a large TV. The spacious apartment and warm bathroom were also a plus. The ski room in the basement was very practical, and the lift made it easy to access different floors.

We felt totally relaxed during our stay and had no complaints.

The location is amazing and the staff is excellent, you can easily reach Josefskapelle in about 15 minutes, and the pool is clean.

We recently stayed at a lovely accommodation in a beautiful village near Innsbruck. Waldhaus Igls provided a warm and helpful welcome, with clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodation. The owners were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the cable car base station, allowing easy access for rambling in the summer and skiing in the winter. The village had all the necessary facilities, and we enjoyed stunning views over the surrounding hills and Innsbruck.
